Murphy's Bar is a family run pub with six generations. Established in 1789 the pub is a landmark in the small village of Boolteens and simply a heart-warming, hospitable premises for its locals. As it is located on the Dingle Peninsula the trade enjoys the passing tourists-which are at their peak mid June-July to take in the surroundings, entertainment and well served drink of the pub. The pub is most deceiving from the outside - a comment widely shared by those who have kindly visited.
