About Us

The Thomond Bar is a city centre pub in Cork City that enables its customers escape the hustle and bustle of the city life, yet still creating a friendly atmosphere coupled with great service. And with entertainment to suit all tastes, The Thomond Bar is sure to have something for everyone.

The Bar is the only Munster Rugby Supporters bar in Cork City and we are very proud to “show this off “with all the amazing Munster Rugby and other sporting memorabilia on the walls. We have 9 HD FLAT SCREEN TV’s…on which we show all televised sporting events.

The drinks are very well priced as well. The bar itself is stylish and comfortable with plenty of seats and a heated smoking area outside. Weekends are full of atmosphere with the resident DJ or Live Bands thrilling the crowds. It has the  Private V.I.P “THOMOND SUITE” catering for about 35 guests with 2 pour your own pint tables

So Join us for a pint, good Irish food and a bit of craic!
