The Promenade Bar, situated in The Riverside Park Hotel, opened in 1998, the year that the Tour de France started in Enniscorthy. Set along the scenic promenade of the River Slaney, this bar is a favourite eating and drinking place for locals and guests alike. The Promenade Bar is within easy access of the bustling market town of Enniscorthy offering ample complimentary car parking. On entering the bar you will be welcomed by a warm open fire and friendly local staff. Daily bar food and carvery lunch is served with the emphasis on local produce in a relaxed atmosphere. We have live entertainment on Saturday nights and midweek during peak season. The Promenade Bar is the ideal place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink before dining in the hotel’s Moorings Restaurant, serving contemporary Irish cuisine, or The Alamo..tex mex at its best! With hotel accommodation under the same roof, each of the ensuite rooms have been recently refurbished with leisure guests and corporate guests in mind. The Promenade Bar offers stunning views overlooking the River Slaney and is popular with locals and visitors for their daily lunch. The bar is an ideal choice for any business lunch meeting or get together. You can relax in the open plan bar next to the warm open fire and be waited upon by our friendly and attentive staff. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of The Promenade Bar while stepping out onto our seated veranda area on those sunny days. Offering an excellent bar food menu, served Monday-Friday 3pm – 7.30pm and Saturdays 3pm-6pm, there is something for everyone. The Promenade Bar features a custom made smoking area, fully heated, which is popular with non smokers also. With 40 ensuite bedrooms and an unrivalled penthouse suite, the hotel also has Conference and Banqueting facilities and a state of the art Leisure Club.
