In the heart of Yeats Country and within walking distance of the great poet’s tomb, Yeats Tavern is a perennially popular meeting place with locals and tourists alike. The Cosy Bar area is old world with stone and wood, featuring a display of WB Yeats memorabilia, with the best Guinness in the North West. It is a great place for a drink and a chat. Established for 40 years, the family run restaurant is one of the busiest restaurants in the North West. Spacious, slick and smart, the ambiance hits you the minute you walk in the door. You will be greeted by our charming staff and have every need catered for. Renowned for high quality, locally sourced, consistent food, we have an extensive wine list and a great kids menu. Lunch is served from 12 - 3 offering a large chose of Roasts and trendy dishes. Our Snack menu is available from 11am – 10pm serving an array of sandwiches, soup, paninis, wraps and salads. Our A la Carte offers Mussels to Oysters, with a wide choice of fish, meat and chicken dishes. You won’t be disappointed. The largest selection of homemade desserts and an extensive wine list boasts true experience. The Restaurant has cleverly integrated eating areas where large windows give to a terrace with enormous awnings. Easy parking available.
