About Us
Small traditional bar in the heart of Castlebar, Mayo's County Town. We serve carvery lunch Monday to Saturday downstairs in Mulroy's Bar and upstairs diners can enjoy a lighter option from our extensive sandwich and salad menu.
We are renowned for our excellent carvery lunch and extensive salad and sandwich menu which is available from 12 noon to 3pm, Monday to Saturdays.
Mulroy's Bar and BarRitz is Castlebar's top party venue with 21st and 30th birthday celebrations the norm upstairs in BarRitz every weekend. To book contact John on 094 9028954. BarRitz is a private venue which can cater for up to 150 people.
Once a month we host Finbar Hoban Presents which showcases the best in local and national rock bands.
We are also popular among local sporting enthusiasts with a licence to show all major sporting events on Sky and Setanta.

Nearby is the renowned Royal Theatre which plays host to the West of Ireland's best shows from broadway productions to comedians to singer/songwriters and big bands.
